How pricing works
The lounge's prices show on the booking page when you choose a service. This is what moves them.
What decides the price
Three things set the price of a visit: the service you choose, the technician's level and the extras you add. You see the lounge's price when you choose on the booking page.
The service and its time
Extensions and sets, which take longer
Add-ons, nail art and removal of other work
What the consultation covers
A trial visit before a wedding or event is booked like any other visit, and its time and price show on the booking page. For a set, we settle shape, length and color at the start of the visit.
Deposits
Extensions, overlays, wedding-day nails and parties of two or more take a deposit to hold the time. It goes toward your service and is paid when you book; the booking page shows the amount. Express services and fills take none.
Canceling or running late
Tell us 24 hours ahead to cancel or move a visit, and 72 hours ahead for a party of two or more. Inside that window the deposit stays with the lounge. Running late? You have a 15-minute grace period.
Add-ons and changes on the day
Nail art, finishes, paraffin, extra massage and removal are added to a visit and timed first. If you'd like one added on the day, we tell you the time and the price before we start.
Tipping
Tips are welcome and never expected. You can leave one by card or in cash at the desk, and it goes to the technician who did your service.
A gift card can be used toward any service or toward the membership. The lounge membership is priced on the booking page when you join.
