What to expect from the call to the last coat.

    Step 1: Book your visit

    Book on the booking page or call the desk. Staying at a hotel nearby? Ask your front desk to call us, and we'll hold a time.

  2. 02

    Step 2: What to bring

    A photo of the look you want, if you have one, and open shoes if you're booked for a pedicure. Tell us about any allergies, medicines or nail conditions before we start.

  3. 03

    Step 3: When you arrive

    Come a few minutes early. We're on the second floor of the building on Wisconsin Avenue, the garage is behind it, and the desk validates your parking.

  4. 04

    Step 4: What to expect

    Your technician walks you through the service, then you settle in with tea or sparkling water. A manicure takes about an hour and a pedicure a little longer.
